I haven’t posted for a while, because I just can’t take it. I have been out of a lot of loops for long enought that I am starting to feel okay again. I have been concentrating on other things besides watching our country slide into socialism and decay. Let’s be honest, it’s been happening for a long time. It isn’t Obama’s fault, but he will take us closer than ever. He will come back at the end of it all and say how he did his best with what he was given. It just wasn’t good enough. He needed more time, and blah blah, excuse, excuse, excuse.

We have not been truly free for a long time. We are taxed into oblivion, we are monitored and governed to the point that we cannot do anything without a license or a permit. They want to FORCE me to wear a friggin seat belt for heavens sake. Are you kidding me? serenity now, serenity now!

I don’t like watching what I have sworn to defend with my life, be stomped on by the people we have elected. I have to be clear: I will defend the constitution of the United States with my life. If you give me an order that is not constitutional, it will not be followed. period. I don’t care who you are, Sergeant to President.

Anyway, my point today is simply that having taken a step back and listening and watching very little media coverage, I feel better. Ignorance is not bliss, but sometimes it feels like it. I hate what politicians are doing, and there is nothing I can do to change it.

After all, I am just a pawn.
